BUTR started in our family kitchen, where cooking has always been the heart of everything we do. We're Vincenzo and Domenico Furiani — two brothers from Austin, Texas who believe great food starts with great ingredients.
Vincenzo "Vinny" — Executive Chef
Been cooking since he was 4 years old. 8th grader who is the starting running back and defensive tackle for the Henry Hawks 🏈. The flavor architect behind every BUTR recipe, saving up for The Culinary Institute of America.
Domenico "Nico", 12 — Chief Business Officer
A 6th grader who plays the Tuba in the Hawks Band and is the drummer for his rock band The Rock Machine 🥁. Loves to bake, cook, and has never met a stranger. Future Ohio State Buckeye — saving up for musical equipment so he can keep rocking!

We're a family of 9 — Mom, Bonus Dad 🤙, Grandma, Great Aunt, and 5 kids. Our home is full of fun, love, travel, and lots of cooking. Every batch is handcrafted in small quantities using quality ingredients, and we're serious about making the best butter you've ever tasted.
